We can offer you assistance in Quickbooks set-up and show you how to fully utilize this great tool.
We can familiarize you with various bookkeeping procedures in this computerized bookkeeping software. We can also assist you in the basic set-up and understanding of the chart of accounts and business procedures such as invoicing, vendor payables and many more.
Office procedures
We offer assisstance in reviewing your office procedures to determine where improvements in efficiencies and office flow may be needed.
Controller assistance
We offer "Controller" assistance for small offices not needing a full time controller, but requiring more services than a normal bookkeeper is able to provide.
Paperless office
Our office can assist you with guidance in setting up the procedures necessary to change from a paper to paperless office with ease, and to assure that nothing is lost or missing in the process.
