Custom Reporting
A.C.T. Resources provides monthly or quarterly reporting which will give you a quick picture of your business.
We provide basic reports on your Monthly or Quarterly Operating Statements such as a Profit and Loss Statement which will show a breakdown of sales, cost of sales and expenses. We provide comparisons of current year to prior year statements to help analyze changes in activity.
We also offer a General Ledger Report showing a record of the dates, check numbers, payees and amounts for all expenses, as well as a detail of your income and all accounting prepared journal entries. Whether you prepare your records by hand or use one of the computerized software programs, this report will provide you with the detail and assurance that your statements have been prepared accurately.
In addition we offer a Balance Sheet report which summarizes your total assets, liabilities and net worth at a given point in time to help in making decisions about capital expenditures and how to improve your profits.
Bank Reconciliation
We will perform a Bank Reconciliation, comparing your bank balance to the bank statement, as well as a proof of cash to assure everything is accounted for accurately. Any discrepancies will be conveyed to you so you know your exact checking account balance.
Payroll Service
We also offer a Payroll Service ranging from 'after-the-fact' payroll reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to a 'full-fledged payroll service' where we prepare your checks, and provide tax payments to be paid in a variety of ways. Whatever your payroll needs are we can give you the service you deserve, to have peace of mind in knowing your payroll requirements are met.
