A little bit about A C T Resources
A C T Resources is a consulting, tax and accounting practice located at 27493 Holiday Lane in Perrysburg, Ohio. We are conveniently located right off I-75 near the Holiday Inn French Quarters.
ACT Resources specializes in the preparation of taxes for individuals and small businesses (Corporations, Sub-S Corporations, Partnerships, LLC's and Non-Profit Organizations). Our services include the capability to prepare the yearly tax returns needed for all of the above.
Other services we offer include monthly and/or quarterly bookwork, payroll processing and preparation of payroll taxes. Financial statements can be prepared on a monthly, quarterly or yearly basis as required by the client.
Susan Smith, an enrolled agent, with over 20 years of business, tax and accounting experience has been practicing at this location since 2001. Prior to owning her own practice, Susan excelled for several years working with a mid-sized, locally based accounting firm, as Vice President of Finance at a small manufacturing facility and as a consultant in a variety of business settings.
Susan is an enrolled agent, which means she has passed a four-part test administered by the IRS. Susan is licensed and can prepare taxes and represent her clients with the IRS regarding tax issues. Continuing education credits are required to maintain this license. She belongs to the National Society of Enrolled Agents and the Ohio State Society of Enrolled Agents. She has been President of the local chapter of the OSSEA for the past three years.
Susan graduated from the University of Toledo with a degree in Accounting.
